| in the process of creating sculpture, it seems that there are several concerns to sort out when one is accustomed to painting, — the fog is in translating the action, evaluation, and subsequent action to the different spacial, dimensional situation : this likely seems rudimentary, but the first step to the transliteration of one's previous development is most important : the roads one doesn't take will determine how quickly one can cut through the morass of previous creative accomplishments : it will be best to not attempt to bring any of the formal discoveries from the canvas to the form, but rather to begin again from the simple line |  |
